Manjju M Khatri's dedication to yoga and holistic wellness is truly inspiring. Her comprehensive approach to well-being, focusing on balance across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions, showcases her deep understanding of holistic health. With over a decade of experience as a certified Yoga Teacher she has demonstrated a strong commitment to helping others achieve their wellness goals. She is a Yoga Therapist,Yoga Teacher and Evaluator certified by the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. Her specialization in prenatal and postnatal yoga, Yoga for the Corporate further highlights her expertise in addressing diverse wellness needs. Her passion for her work is evident in her belief that excellence is worth striving for in every aspect of life.

  • Manjju Khatri, a yoga teacher based in Santacruz West Mumbai. My mother and some other family friends have been her students for a while. I had never done yoga before, and it’s been close to a year that we have been under the guidance of Manjjuji. She has great technical expertise, a warm personality and fantastic teaching ability. Whats wonderful about her is that she is aware of the differences in each of her students and is careful and patient in her response to everyone’s needs. Being at a desk job, and working long hours had caused many back problems for my husband. I had dislocated my knee and some ligament tears few years ago which left me with a lot of discomfort. Yoga sessions with Manjjuji, has helped me and my husband In managing these issues & improving over a period of time. Her tips and guidance helps to ensure that we get maximum benefits while ensuring that any kind of injury is prevented. She starts off with very simple stretches, and slowly builds your flexibility and confidence, step by step you are learning various asanas. I have seen a lot of improvement since we started classes with her. I would strongly recommend Manjjuji, as a yoga teacher.

  • I began practicing pre natal yoga with Manjju Ma'am towards the end of my first trimester. Prenatal yoga significantly enhanced my comfort throughout my pregnancy. I did not encounter any pregnancy-related aches and pains during my term, experiencing minimal discomfort even in week 40. Prenatal yoga, though comprised of simple stretches, profoundly impacts the body's well-being. Manjju ma'am has been so polite and punctual. She did not cancel even one class during the entire term. She always kept checking if I felt comfortable doing all the poses. All in all a great low impact work out to do even if you have no prior yoga experience as long your doctor has cleared you.
